The term "Green"is always been an hot word to reduce weight, whether it was used for vegetables or tea or leaves.Consuming green tea or vegetables regularly has numerous benefit in one's life.

How much weight you can reduced by consuming green tea?

It depends completely on you, Green tea will surely help you to reduce fat and maintain a healthy weight but only drinking tea and doing nothing will not make you reduce much fat.

Cons of consuming green tea:

Not good in taste.
Increase stomach acidity level if consumed empty stomach.
Caffeine contain may disturb your sleep in taken in night.

Instead on only relying on green tea, its better to change your lifestyle to a healthy one.I can guarantee you that in these world their is no product available which will make you slim, fit and healthy by only taking it alone.
