Healthy lunch: Green Salad with Avocado, Walnuts, Eggs and home made yoghurt dressing

Todays lunch is super easy and tasty.

INGREDIENTS:

  • leafy greens
  • cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 2 cooked eggs
  • some crispy organic whole grain bread on the side

FOR THE DRESSING:

  • organic yoghurt
  • 1 table spoon mixed herbs
  • 1 garlic
  • salt to taste

Remember to use organic ingredients if possible.
