DO YOU HAVE PAIN ON YOUR KNEES?

Always I have been suffering pain on my knees. It was not permanent, sometimes it last few days, few weeks, day yes and day not... But throughout my life, I have had periods of time in which the pain on my knees, were the main character of my life. These periods of time with pain were most of the times related to the lack of exercise. Nowadays, some times it is difficult to have an active life, too many hours at the office, in front of the tv, family...

So.. few months ago I started to search information about knees pain, how and why most of us we are suffering this uncomfortable pain at some points of our lives and how we can prevent it. 

AND.. I FOUND THE SOLUTION TO STOP THE PAIN!

Since then, I have not got more pain on my knees. Just follow this guide:

1.- Localise where is the pain.

2.- Do the simple exercises.

(all the exercises can be done at home, just 10min - 15min a day)
