AVOCADO TOAST


I love it for breakfast because avocado has protein and HEALTHY monounsaturated fat, and its also high in fiber so combined with the Ezekial toast it keeps me full for a good 3-4 hours. Plus it's high in other nutrients like Vitamins B, C, E, K and potassium.

  • Also it's easy to prepare!

Fat Content:
Avocado toast is a high-fat meal, as each serving provides 21 g of fat
Carbohydrate Content:
Avocado toast is high in carbohydrates. Each two-slice serving of this meal provides 44 g of carbohydrates
Protein Content:
Avocado toast is relatively rich in protein, as each serving contains 11 g.

Remember, if you add olive oil (the gold liquid) you will be eating a really healthy breakfast!

Also advocado is easy to incorporate into a variety of meals because of its transformative flavor.

I would love to try avocado toast as my main breakfast item since it’s tasty and nutritious but are also expensive and not always in season.
