Hello everyone 😊, it's never to late to start something.. Like maybe a new year resolution to shed some weight🙄. I will be documenting my journey to a better me here on Steem and I hope you can join me Or ATLEAST ENCOURAGE ME 😊☺️

A view tips 😊
First in the morning 3 glasses with good water. In one it would be good to have Zeolite.
Every day a walking 1 hour.
With this first 2 you will loose weight 😉

try to have 2 days in 7 days without eating, only water and tea.
Drink no juice - to much fruits -> sugar.
No sugar at all! It's hard, it's anywhere. 😑
If you want sweets eat a chocolate with min 70% Cacao.
If you have a lunch do nothing else - no TV, internet, chat. Enjoy you meal.
I loose weight from >107kg (238lbs) to 83/81kg (178/182) in a bit more the 3 month and I'm very happy now. 😁
If I eat to much or less action, I fast for one day.
