I don't agree with the breakfast skipping. I do intermittent fasting and I skip breakfast every day. I am feeling more focused as each day goes by, I am seeing more muscle gains because my growth hormone is high during my fasting period which includes breakfast aswell. You can list downsides all you want but you do not even add sources.
