This is Definitely Outside of My Comfort Zone but it is also Necessary. Every Year I Make a New Year's Resolution to Be Nicer to My Body by Incorporating Yoga into My Training. I Have a Hard Time Taking This Time for Recovery, Breathing, Stretching Blah, Blah, Blah.. Rather Than Waiting Until the New Year, I am Going to Start Now and Reap the Benefits of Going into the Stressful Month of December Making Yoga a Regular Practice.

I'm Not Trained in Yoga So I Followed an Online Video. The Video was Focused on Core Strength and Took Only 17min. So After I was Done I Actually Went Out for a 45min Run with my Australian Shepherd Roxy.
