In this scientific approach Professor Walter Veith will explain you with simple words and examples from his many years of research how you could switch to a more healthy lifestyle.

The first video explains
-the risks associated with an excess of proteins: "No animal protein is better than less animal protein".
We only need 0.75 gramme of protein per kg of body mass (= ±60 gr/day)
-Dairy consumption produces osteoporosis/allergenic problems/asthma/ bronchial problems/prostate problems.
-The Food industry is a multi-billionair business overflooding the medias with all kind of information that only serve their business: they don´t care about your health! If they can make money selling you crap, they will sell you crap and convince you that crap is good for you!

In the second video, Professor Veith explains
-what is alcoohl doing to your brain
-how you can reverse type 2 diabetes without drugs,
-the real important substance that your body needs to have available so that your immune system can do his job, is the minerals: they are fundamentals for the enzyme activities in the body.
The minerals have first to be processed or "digested" by the micro-organisms in the soil to become available for their absorption by the plants. Therefore we don´t need pesticides who kill the microorganisms: we need organic farming who feed the soil and the soil will feed the plants.

Interest simply because I first saw these videos maybe about 2 years ago. I love Walter Veith.

Indeed, he is very clear in his explanations and knows what he´s speaking about.
