Hello fellow steemers! I'm so excited to be coming onboard to the Steemit community and share my passion, knowledge and experience. So just to give you some background, I've been a fitness buff all my life and started my yoga journey about 8 years ago. Along the way, I discovered many tools and concepts to further deepen my understanding and grasp on the subject of movement and how it can be used to preserve our youth, but also for healing purposes. So i'm hoping that through this new platform, I can help spread the good word of movement and the philosophies behind building your own practice so that everyone will have a deeper sense of connection with their own bodies.
