So today I've been shopping and bought an absolute bargain from poundstretcher for £1.99, 415 grams of pink Himalayan salt. If you have had this stuff before you will know it tastes much better than table salt, but did you know it has many health benefits too.
Just a quick rundown without going into too much detail.

1- it acts as a detoxifier for the body. You can even bathe in it and it will detoxify your skin.
2-is full of essential minerals and sodium that helps control blood pressure and blood volume.
3-has 84 minerals including zinc, iron, magnesium, and calcium for natural body health.
4-it is 100 percent clean and natural without any chemicals refinement or processing.
5- did I mention it tastes absolutely gorgeous!!!

So there you have it. If you haven't invested in it yet then do so immediately. Your body will thank you

Nice post! Himalayan and Sea Salt is amazingly good for your body! People don't realize how much we need good salts! Table salt is one of the worst things you can put inside of you!!

He does a lot of stuff about the amazing importance of salt in our diets. Quite a fascinating guy!

I've only just discovered it in the past year and I think the stuff is amazing 😀 table salt is all processed and full of chemicals which aren't good for us. Of course sea salt is nice too but can't beat Himalayan.

One thing that refined salt does is chemically eat at the insides of your veins and arteries. The body responds by using cholesterol to protect them from bursting. Unrefined salt is less caustic because of the 80 or so minerals present and is about as acidic as your blood. Salt helps aid cellular hydration as well.

Good post thumbs up.
