    It is true.
    For example in many African countries are struggling to industrialize their towns and capitals as fast as possible. The challenge with these developments is that the aspect of waste handling and direction of burnt gases from the industries is not well addressed. It is worsened by poor technology, unable to filter the gases that escape into space. This makes the people prone to a number diseases and infections as a result of air pollution.
