Address your adrenal glands and kidneys, If you don't the sugar will ferment and cause fungal problems.

Type 1 = Not enough insulin / fruit sugar is ok for people who are type 1

          AOR is a fantastic brand to use @openparadigm.
          Dr. Morses is less money and I think a little bit stronger.
