Week number 3 of the Weekly Steemit Health Challenge! Every single week you'll be able to enter the Weekly Steemit Health Challenge to a chance to win Steem. There's 45 Steem up for grabs so make sure you get involved!

Let me tell you about the specifics...

1. There will be a different challenge each week, posted on a Monday. These will rotate each week and will include, recipes, exercise, stress relief and walks/runs.

2. All entries need to be submitted to the comment section of Monday's post, by 8am on Sunday of that week.

3. You must use THIS banner at the end or beginning of your post.

4. The winners will be chosen each week by a panel of judges, including myself and the challenge's sponsor @sweetsssj.

5. First place each week will win 30 Steem, second place will win ten Steem and third place will win five Steem.

The Challenge This Week!

Every single week we're going to be doing a new challenge. But obviously there's only so many challenges that allow everyone to join in - so we're going to stick to the five challenges that we used in the Six Week Health Challenge.

This week I want you to:

Show us how you de-stress

Remember, your mental health is as important as your physical health, and I believe that both are linked. When your body is healthy, your mind has a better chance of being healthy, and when your mind is healthy you're more likely to be motivated to make time for exercise and eating well. We all know that if you are upset or stressed it can lead to comfort eating - so this week I want you to make a post about how you de-stress.

This could be with a sport or other physical activity, it could be painting or crafts, it could be with meditation or yoga - it could be anything! But show us how you de-stress, tell us why you find it helps you, and teach us how we can get involved too if we want to try it ourselves to de-stress. This is going to sound really bad.

but i gamble to keep stress away.

i only do it with max like 1$-5$ .

but playing roulette/poker/blackjack just really gives me a chance to relax.

idk people are different,
don't judge me

luckily i have a great affiliate system made up with my twitter account so i basically get 2$ free every 3 days on a gambling site :)

so i don't spend my own money

Definitely the stress makes us sick, in these moments I am very tired and overwhelmed by the day to day, between work and study, I feel that I can not, but I'm going to look for the best strategy to free myself a bit from the stress and feel healthier.

Life can get overwhelming when we're trying to juggle many different things in our lives. It's good to have a reminder to relax sometimes!

Hopefully, I'm taking part in this! It will be my first ever tho'
But I got a suggestion as regards the distribution of reward pool....@healthsquared

What is your suggestion? Looking forwards to your first ever contest entry :)

My suggestion is that; take a look at the difference in Steem that is being rewarded to the first(30), second(15) and third(5). Don't you think it's quite much? What about making it more appealing in the sense that the first, second and third goes away with 22, 16 and 12steem respectively? Or making the number of winners selected to be 5, and distributing the reward as follows; 15,12,10,8 and 5, to the first, second, third, fourth and fifth?
Doing this will make it look more appealing, rather than giving a single person 30steem!

Quite an interesting idea. I like the thought you've put into it - I looked at other contests on Steem and there are a lot of different ways of assigning prizes in contests and this just the one we've settled on! Can't wait to read your post :)

I just love going to these specific places just to destress. Some people may find this peculiar but I love how some men repair watches, and I also destress by checking out this arts and crafts store that my family and I seldom visit when we were little.
