Good morning Steemit!
We have had some great quality posts this week. In fact I think that most of them had a chance to get in to the top three, but of course I had to choose just three. I find this week's challenge very interesting because you learn about such a diverse range of different exercise routines. The three entries that won this week were all new entries which shows that you don't have to be a long term follower of the challenge, you just have to make great content!
I'm sure that each week the challenge will grow and grow - the bigger it gets, the bigger the prizes will be so make sure you share the challenge on your own pages so that as many people can join in as possible. The more people that join in and get behind the challenge, the more prize money we can offer!
The Winners this week!
Once again, our panel of judges and myself have looked through all of the entries and taken time to try and work out our favourites. Here you'll find the winners and also some honourable mentions! Without further ado, let's look at which entries came 1st, 2nd and 3rd this week.
1st Place wins 30 Steem
@animalovers jumps rope, runs and yogas!
@animalovers submitted an awesome post with great photos, well formatted with loads of different activities. He not only told us about each activity and why he likes it, but also their benefits and what the research says about each activity. Most importantly his passion really shone through which we loved. The video at the end, which was really well put together, put the icing on the cake.
2ndPlace wins 10 Steem
@elgringo79 with his basketball post
@elgringo79 submitted this awesome article on basketball. He talked us through all of the different benefits of his sport as well as encouraging us to try out playing ourselves. Thanks for taking the time to structure everything in a logical order that was easy to read and informative!
3rd Place wins 5 Steem
@nisaac86 with his at the park workouts
This was a really cool entry. Quite a lot of variety, good information, nice photos and you just get the feel for the passion. I really liked how @nisaac86 also added in his exercise tracking for the week, showing that he makes time for this exercise daily and that it isn't just a one off thing that he does if he remembers. Great work!
Honourable mentions
There were some great entries this week so I wanted to do a few shout outs to some of the other entries who also came close to winning.

Once again @blackempror is featured in our honourable mentions, having also come third in the challenge so far. He's putting out great content and detailed articles - definitely go and check out his blog! Thanks @jorgelis23 also for making a lovely entry, your formatting was beautiful, the pictures lovely and the detail was great - I'm looking forwards to seeing more from you in future contests! Last but not least, @jozef230, one of our previous winners is back again with an awesome video about how he keeps fit - I'm loving the videography skills man!
Thank you to everyone who entered the challenge this week. Look out for next weeks challenge that will be released tomorrow morning! Remember, every single week the challenge will be released on Monday and you'll have until 8am GMT on Sunday to submit your entries. Good luck Steemians!
Yours in health,
Coach Ben
I like this using money to encourage actions, in this case both using steemit and doing healthy activities.
