CLOVE part 4

I usually use cloves to mix when making a cake or as a seasoning flavor on cooking. The taste is very delicious, fragrant and warm enough to make me very fond of this one spice. Besides the very unique taste, it turns out that cloves have millions of benefits that really help our body to stay healthy.

Benefits of cloves for the body :

  • Medicine for Headache

Ingredients :

- 5 cloves
- 5 gr of cinnamon
- 5 seeds of nutmeg
- 5 peppered grains
- 150 cc hot water

Steps:

Mix all ingredients and then brewed with hot water, wait a while. Drink while warm.

  • Overcome the Feeling of Nausea and Vomiting

You can overcome the feeling of nausea and vomiting by gargling using water clove stew.

  • Overcoming Sinusitis

The healing step to deal with sinusitis is by using clove powder and place it on the inside of the nose.
