Lots of people have ever had constipation. I also experienced that very painful thing. Constipation is very uncomfortable, stomach ache, feeling full and heartburn. Digestion feels clogged, and stools are hard to get out, if we force to get out, it will be very painful.

Natural ingredients to overcome constipation :
- Epsom Salt
Epsom salts are one of the most commonly used ingredients for treating constipation, as this salt is known to soften stools and make it easier to pass through the digestive system. The Epsom salt also contains high magnesium so it can stimulate muscle contraction in the intestine.
These are some ways of using Epsom salts to overcome constipation :
1. Add 1 teaspoon of Epsom salt to a cup of fruit juice.
2. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of Epsom salt into a glass of water and drink every 4 hours.
For children it is better to use half dose from adults. Discontinue use if your constipation problem is already resolved.
- Foods high in Probiotics
Foods that contain high Probiotics are very good for digestive health. Whenever you have constipation and other digestive problems do not care for adults or children can consume foods high in Probiotics such as yogurt. This highly potent food increases the good bacteria in the gut to prevent and overcome constipation.
- Avocado
Food greatly affects your health directly and can cause many diseases including constipation. Fat is one of the important components to determine your health. Choose a healthy source of fat like avocado and help overcome constipation naturally. You can add healthy sources of fat food to your daily menu.
- Increase physical activity
Constipation will get worse if you sit for long periods of time. So to help overcome the problem of constipation should you start to multiply physical activity. For those of you who work in the office should take time in the morning to exercise at least 20 minutes.
I hope you have never experienced constipation, it's very painful. Because of the tremendous pain, I finally realized that all this time I was consuming less fiber. And since I've consumed fruits and vegetables, I've never had constipation again.
