Rheumatism

Rheumatism is a disease that causes pain or stiffness in the limbs especially in joints, it occurs because of inflammation and swelling of the joints. Not only old people who often get this disease, many teenagers or adults who experience it.


Today, I will discuss about rheumatic diseases. Starting from the symptoms to the natural way to overcome this disease.

Early symptoms of rheumatism :

  1. The joints are stiff in the morning
  2. Swollen joints
  3. Fatigue
  4. Low-grade fever
  5. Numbness and tingling

Serious rheumatic symptoms :

  1. Chest pain
  2. Legs and hands are difficult to move
  3. Great spots
  4. Eye disorders
  5. Disturbance in the stomach
  6. Fracture
  7. Easy bruising

And here are the ingredients of natural ingredients that you can use to overcome rheumatic diseases :

  • Celery leaves

Celery is very useful for people with rheumatism. Eat one stalk celery in the morning, afternoon or evening before you eat your food.

  • Ginger

Ginger is very effective to relieve pain in your joints. Eat ginger, then the pain in your joints will improve. You can make a salad, sauce or soup by adding ginger to it.

  • Aloe Vera gel

Not many people know that Aloe Vera gel is very useful for patients with rheumatism. Content contained in Aloe Vera useful in preventing inflammation and relieve pain, Aloe Vera is also beneficial to improve the body's immune system and increase energy.
