Swimming is very good to maintain the fitness and health of our body, because by swimming almost all the muscles of the body involved in the sport movement of the pool, so this pool is very beneficial for health and fitness. Swimming also serves to strengthen muscle triceps muscle, triceps muscle is the muscle located at the back of the arm.
- Train balance and flexibility
With swimming means you train flexibility of the legs and hands, you can try some swimming styles with a risk that is not too high compared to other sports. Balance is also a benefit derived from the results of regular exercise. People who swim routine will certainly have a better balance compared with people who don't swim.
- Keeping Weight
