- Pick it.
- Blow it.
- Use a neti pot.
- Get acupuncture.
- Take herbs (an herbal prescription from a licensed acupuncturist).
- Drink chamomile or peppermint tea.
- Take a hot salt bath.
- Do a salt steam (boil hot water, get a towel and cover yourself and the pot being careful not to burn yourself).
- Get in the sauna.
- Swim naked in the ocean!
- Improve your self esteem (a la Louise Hay).
