G'day Champions,

A buddy of mine Smitty, saw this Frank Medrano 5 minute Killer Core Workout online and challenged me to do it and video my results.

Here it is:

X Plank Crunches: 20 reps, 10 each side

Walking Planks: 10 reps, 5 each side

Alternating Leg Lift Planks: 20 reps, 10 each side

Alternating Leg Swings: 20 reps, 10 each side

Plank Thrusts: 20 reps

Side Plank Thrusts: 20 reps, 10 each side

Plank Hold: 60 seconds.
