Why you should switch from sugar to agave syrup.

Agave is a plant native to south america and it is becoming very popular for it's nectar or syrup, which is a tasty sugar substitute. Here's a few reasons to mix a spoonful of agave into your morning coffee, besides to be extra-hipster:

  • It's sweeter than traditional sugars.
  • As a syrup, it's easier to measure and store.
  • Agave nectar is more natural than sugars and is less chemically refined before consumption.
