Building the muscle in my brain for good memory

Your brain is like any muscle in your body. You need to keep it active. By keeping your brain active you you help it to stay young and create a long lasting memory.

You need to do more then just read the paper or do things that you have already learnt. To keep the brain active you need to learn something completely new. Like a new language, playing guitar new dance moves, read crypto charts. What ever it is you would like to do.

So i have decided that i would now like to start learning Indonesian. I want to create a better memory, so i can learn more while i am young and keep it active in my elder age.

have you been learning anything new? or any any other tips on brain function,to keep a healthy brain?
