My saliva test kit for adrenal stress profile just arrived!

I am slightly sleep deprived at the moment (crazy dance Congress in Milan last weekend) and I suspect this might affect my cortisol levels. But as soon as I have caught up on sleep I will choose a day to collect the samples. To be continued. 🙂
