Trying to catch up on lost sleep after a week of traveling and illness. The purpose is to have my body back at my normal 'default' state when I do the saliva stress profile test.
However, looking at my sleep data from MeBand 2, this seems to be easier said than done - all of the nights this week show less than 2 hours of deep sleep! In fact, for the whole four weeks that I have been tracking, my average deep sleep is less than 2 hours! Upcoming project: Hack sleep. 👍
Hmmm let's see how this goes! ... I did do a hack sleep this week. I bought a new pillow. much help!
