Alkaline Vs Acidic body

in health •  5 years ago

Interesting topic!

I think some terms could be better clarified.

When your body fluid contains too much acidosis, it is said to be acidic.
Acidosis is rather a process than a thing. The body is rather in a state of acidosis than contain acidosis.

When it is from 6 to 7.5 it cannot be absolutely stated as alkaline or acidic.
pH = 7 is neutral, so above is alkaline and below acidic. Although neutral or rather proper pH for blood or skin might have different values.

Thank you for your comments at the moment my pH is 8 and SG is 1 so I was just giving people a guide. As there are so many different opinions and variations to this topic. I did not go into it too deeply as I wanted to give broad information I was going to mention specific gravity as well. But that would be too complicated for some people to understand. I try to keep it very basic
