How to cope with colds

Do not Consume Food and Cold Drinks

When the body catches cold, try to avoid and not consume cold food and drink. Because it will even worsen the pain experienced by people who catch a cold. Consumption of cold foods and drinks is actually not good for our body, especially those who consume it is a sick person will surely exacerbate the illness he suffered. Eat warm foods and drinks, which can also warm your body. So the body will recover faster from the cold.

Eat regularly

When a person is ill, his body also needs a better intake than usual. So the sick person should always keep the food to be consumed. Eating regularly is one example of keeping the intake we eat. Although sometimes people who are sick appetite will experience a decrease, but the body still need the intake.
