My Body
Exercise Every Other Day
- One Workout that I like:
- Activate Lower Body with Inclined Warm-up on Treadmill - 5 minutes
- Weighted Glute Kickbacks - 12 reps, 4 sets for each leg
- Sumo Squats with Kettlebell (25 lb.) - 12 reps, 4 sets
- Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts (20 lb. each) - 12 reps, 4 sets
- Weighted Glute Raises (25 lb. plate) - 12 reps, 4 sets
- Calf Raises - 12 reps, 4 sets
- Lunges with a Twist (15-30lb. ball) 25 for each side
- Cool Down on Treadmill (5 minutes)
Massage/Yoga
- Dedicating 10-30 minutes to relaxing my muscles
- Aids elimination of toxins
- Increases Mind/Body connection
- A good way to balance an exercise plan
Epsom Salt Foot Baths
- Increases magnesium levels in the body
- Relieves muscle soreness
- Draws out toxins
Cold Showers
- Increase mental clarity
- Closing pores leads to clearer skin
- Shinier hair

This plan was created in alignment with my body and experience - Therefore, it is not ideal for everyone.
I know the guidelines are vague -- our bodies are of the highest intelligence and will provide clarity on certain parts of this detox if we choose to listen, i.e. how often to have a foot bath, etc. :)
