Even you earn a million dollars in a day online, what will you do if you're not healthy?

Lying sick in your bed, thinking of promoting your blog traffic, wishing you could exercise a little, but you can't do anything now!

Alas!!

Most bloggers don't care of their health. You have to ensure:

  1. Enough Sleep (6-7 Hours):

It is a must need for a writer and other fields that heavily depend on the brain. Enough sleep ignites your inner creativity to write a better article.

  1. Pay attention to your diet (Must do breakfast):

  2. Do minimum 20 minutes of exercise every day at any cost.

If you're healthy now, you're more likely to ignore this post.
