Clear colored urine is a good symptom. It means that you are well hydrated. When you drink large amounts of water, the kidneys filter urine more easily and this makes it have a much clearer tone. It is a good sign.

What causes orange color in urine? An excess of vitamin c in your body. There is too much and your kidneys will filter this excess, and this color will be very characteristic. Medication used to ease urinary problem can cause the urine to turn orange. Besides, consumption of carrots or carrot juice can give a tinge of orange color to your urine. Just reduce your consumption of the fruits and vegetables with vitamin c for few days. Reduce but never eliminate.
Blue or green:
A common dye found in many urinary related medicines can turn your urine blue or green. Blue or green urine can be seen because of consumption of food made with artificial coloring or if you have eaten loads of asparagus.

Ideal urine color is a slight yellow tinge.
You don't want your urine to be completely clear since that means you are likely over hydrated and are making your kidneys work harder then they should and are excreting more minerals then necessary.
