Dental caries.

To maintain healthy teeth and mouth, we need to brush teeth at least 2 times a day. Morning after breakfast and night before bed. The use of mouthwash is also recommended. Maintain diet is also important. And do not forget visit your dentist at least 6 months to check your teeth .
