Olive Oil for Hair Growth

How does Olive Oil help hair growth ?

How to use Olive Oil for hair growth ?
-Olive Oil is great to be used alone or can be added in to other natural ingredients

1. Olive Oil
   In this process, you can leave the application overnight which helps exfoliating the excess sebum that inhibits the hair growth.
   so what are you going to do is :

• slightly warm up enough amount of olive oil
• Apply thoroughly on the scalp and hair
• Massage gently to animate blood circulation
• Put on a shower cap and leave overnight
• Rinse your hair with shampoo and conditioner in the morning
• Repeat the process regularly

1. Olive oil , Honey, and Egg White : suitable for oily scalp

• Eggs are rich in protein, zinc, iron, iodine which are helpful in enhancing hair growth
• Honey locks in the moisture in hair and scalp
  Ingredients :
  a. Separate the egg white and whisk thoroughly
  b. Add 1 tablespoon of honey
  c. Add 1 tablespoon on Olive Oil
  d. Apply the mixture over the hair and leave it o for 20-30 mins.
  e. Rinse your hair with shampoo and conditioner
  f. Repeat this process once in 2 weeks

1. Olive Oil and Tea Tree Oil : suitable for dandruff, itchy, and flaky scalp
   Tea tree oil :

• exfoliates the dead skin cells
• unblocks hair follicles
• moistures hair shaft
• fights off scalp infections

Ingredients :
a. 8-10 drops of warm tea tree oil
b. 3 teaspoons of olive oil
c. Apply the mixture on scalp
d. Massage gently for about 10 minutes
e. Cover with hot towel, and leave for a few hours
f. Wash off with shampoo
g. Repeat this regularly

1. Make sure t ouse only extra virgin olive oil
2. Avoid scratching your scalp
3. There are many shampoos containing olive oil or olive leaf extracts, you can add a few drops of olive oil into it while shampooing.
