Are you one of the people who, like me, spend many hours working in front of the computer? And every once in a while you wonder why your back hurts?
Well, like me, you have to worry about. Recent studies at universities such as Harvard - Brigham Women 's Hospital, warn about the impact on our body of sitting for a large part of the day. According to the researchers, our sedentary life is reducing life expectancy by generating ailments such as: Heart disease, hip imbalance, back and neck pain, shoulder problems and respiratory problems.
The most alarming of these studies is that everyone points out that no matter how many hours you spend in the gym after work, that will never counteract the effects of sitting all day.
One of the problems that is generated more often when sitting on a chair a long time is that your buttocks forget how to send your signal. And since the glutes are the largest group of muscles in our body, this ends up generating problems throughout our muscular system because other muscles must compensate for the lack of tension of the gluteals. Also weak buttocks cause the pelvis to tilt forward, this places stress on the lumbar spine resulting in that known pain in the lower back that we sometimes feel.
But calm, all is not lost. According to scientists, what really counteracts sitting all day is standing up every half hour for at least 20 seconds. That's enough to put the body in tune.
With the urgency of the case, I decided to share with you three simple and effective exercises to reduce the stress caused by the excess of desk. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you make them stand up.
So get up from that desk and get down to work. Remember that without practice everything will remain the same, and your health is at stake.

we are so lost in the work, we don't have time to take notice about our posture, our pain and signal giving by body.
