This is the full caloric diet for muscle building because you will get maximum amount of carbs from bread, you get fat from peanut butter and egg yolks and lastly protein which is very essential you will get from again peanut and eggs.
Oats:
In this meal we have oats, milk and banana. So again we get the carb, fats and proteins. Oats and banana is the good source of carbohydrates, fats from milk and proteins also from milk and oats.
