What is plantar fascitis?
It is one of the most common causes of heel pain.It is an orthopedic disease.plantar fascia is a thin ligament that connects heel to the front foot.plantar fascitis is the inflammation of ligament stretching under the sole.

Usually physicians take x-rays and ultrasound to diagnose plantar fascitis.
Medical treatment
Mostly plantar fascitis is treated by physical therapy methods but sometimes anti-inflammatory medicines or cortisone injections are also given.
Exercises to reduce pain
Stretching and massaging before standing up.
Stretch your foot by flexing it up and down 10 times.
Place a tennis ball on the ground and roll it under foot for a few minutes.
With the help of towel stretch the bottom of your foot.
You can also place ice to prevent inflammation and pain.
