The medical community has been on a slippery sloped downward spiral that has witnessed a quickening over the recent years. A race to the finish line to remove personal autonomy, medical choice, health freedom and the once stone-solid, guiding principles of medical ethics. Taking their place are bottom line corporate profits-over-people, the greater good and the false notion of herd immunity. Throughout this battle, still quietly creeping in the background for many, a tremendously courageous and highly conscious mother sent ripples through time with her actions that are forever etched in history as a signpost to point the way for the thousands of other families and parents still engaged in the battle. Her name is Maryanne Godboldo and this is her story:
