Today i will be writing about drinks that can help.keep our kidney health and safe from harm. The kidney is an essential organ in the body and it performs a functional role. The kidney remove wastes from your body, regulate sodium and mineral levels and excrete extra salts. Below are some drinks that keeps the kidney healthy and very clean.

1. Cranberry Juice.
Cranberry juice without sugars or any sweetener works perfectly on keeping the kidney clean and very healthy.
2.ACV cleanse.
This is a beverage that contains juice, lemon, apple cider vinegar and renaltrex and water. This mixture works perfectly on cleaning the kidney 100%.
3. Beet juice.
Beet juice contains antioxidants vitamin elements that prevents kidney dirt and kidney stones.
4. Lemon Juice.
This is another drink that helps the kidney stay healthy at all times. It prevents kidney stones from forming.
5. Garlic drink.
Garlic is a natural diuretic. It forces out excess sodium and water from the body, and into your urine. Garlic is very medicinal and keeping the kidney clean and healthy is one of them.
6. Tumeric.
Tumeric comes in both power and liquid form. It can be taken as both recipes, baked goods and tea.
7. Carrot juice.
Carrots are packed with carotene, which fights cancer and removes toxins and heavy metals from the kidneys. A glass of carrot juice everyday on an empty stomach enhances the ability of the kidney by fighting disease attacking the kidney.

My problem with this kind of thing is that these drinks are not very accessible to us in Nigeria. Not only drinks but maybe when you google how to take care of your face naturally, the kind of fruits u will be seeing there apart from Aloe, they are not common in Nigeria and not very affordable. Good post anyways.
