Join Me On My Morning RUN On This Cloudy Day. #ULOG #31

So today I went for a run on the track even though I didn't feel like going for one since the weather is not very nice and I thought for sure I will get wet, but as it turned out, it wasn't that bad and it didn't rain.

I wasn't really feeling that good in the morning, so I thought I'll just do my walk since I told @joordanzzz that I will meet him on the track where he was already training.

I am so glad, I decided to go since it actually turned out pretty good. I did end up doing my 10 laps run with the 10 sets of stairs and of course had to finish my workout with some stretches and some pushups.
Once I got home I did some situps also.

Even though the weather is not great, I still got to enjoy the outside. I have no idea what is happening to our summer, but hopefully soon it will get here.

Sometimes I will make that an excuse not to do anything, but I thought, well at least I'll go for a walk, but when I got there, I thought I'll try to run and it felt pretty good, which was a great lesson since it did taught me just to do it, at least do something.

Wish I can do that too.. ☺️
