You could take a potassium pill or tablet, and in some cases, it helps more so. But generally speaking, it is better to eat the whole banana, uncooked, unfiltered, as organic as possible, because you want not just the potassium from the bananas, you want the other things too which works together with the potassium and other things in your body.
Our bodies are so complex and scientists and doctors and researchers and others are still finding out things about the DNA and the brain and other things. Yes, medicine and drugs and other things too, can help in some situations, but complete foods work a lot better and a lot more often, most of time, generally speaking, on average. Yeah, Danny, me too, because I had a stomachache on my 33rd birthday. Funny thing is that I tend to get a stomach problem on my birthday almost each year, maybe because it is February, a winter month, the time many are running around with the cold and the flu and stuff.
