Chili Cheese Dog Enchiladas

This dinner comes along in minutes, and disappears even faster! be at liberty to use your favorite whole of chili, or perhaps higher — homemade!Ingredients
2 (15 oz) cans chili (such as Amy's)
5 medium tortillas
2 c. chopped store cheese, divided
5 hot dogs

2 thinly sliced inexperienced onions, for garnish
1/2 c. sliced tomatoes, for garnish
1/4 c. white onion, finely sliced (optional)
Sour cream, for servingDirections
Preheat kitchen appliance to 400°. Into all-time low of an outsized ovenproof frying pan, spoon 1/2 cup chili into a skinny, even layer.
On a clean surface, spoon 2 heaping spoonfuls of chili into center of every battercake. Divide one cup cheese between tortillas, then high every with a hot dog. Roll up hot dogs in tortillas and place seam side-down in frying pan.
Spoon remaining chili over tortillas, then high with remaining one cup cheese. Bake till hot dogs area unit warm through and cheese is molten, fifteen to twenty minutes.
Garnish with inexperienced onions, tomatoes, and onions if mistreatment. Serve with soured cream on the facet.
