You might wanna consider this before hopping to your bed and have a good night rest. Some people takes a half bath before sleeping to freshen up and have a cool night rest. Some of the girls do this as a necessity for them to do their daily night beauty routine. Some other people also takes a bath at night so that they won't have to do it in the morning as they rush to go to school and work. But it turns out, sleeping with your hair wet isn't as good as we think it should! It is not because it will you cause you colds or any diseases but because it will damage your hair. It's not true when people say that you'll get a fever or a cold or a headache when you sleep with your hair wet. The only negative result that you'll get upon doing this is that you'll get a bad hair day! When your hair is wet, it is in it's most fragile and weak state, so it'll easily be broken and can cause breakage. When you wake up, you'll have a bush-like hair. It'll be frizzy, wavy, and you'll look like you had a fun ride in a windy day. You might as well wait for your hair to dry before sleeping, or you can blow dry it as well.
