In this post we will try to understand a little the preference people have for a cup of coffee in the morning instead of a glass of water. Let's compare a number of variables that may influence your choice of morning drink.

Many people get out of bed in the morning and the first thing they do is prepare their coffee. Although not everyone behaves this way, most people do.

The first thing we must do to understand people is to know which of the two drinks is best in the morning and for that we will show a comparison of their properties (be careful!!!! only in the early morning hours to balance the fight). Here are some of the properties of these drinks:

As we see in the table above, the benefits of these drinks are very good and some of them are similar. But to be honest, none of these properties have any weight on people when it comes to having a preference for a drink in the early morning hours.

If we go to the economic aspect, the best option would be the glass of water, since it has less cost and needs less implements for its preparation.

When we compare the effort that has to be made to prepare one of the drinks, the glass of water wins again as it does not require any extra work, only water and a glass. Unlike coffee, it requires heating and brewing.

Now if we analyze the comparisons the most comfortable option to choose would be the glass of water. But we know that most people do not choose this option. So what makes people choose coffee?
In my opinion the choice is due to a mix of scenarios that are given for different reasons such as: Traditions, Beliefs, Addiction or simply fit in the middle.

At the end the cup of coffee gives you the feeling of calm in the body and tells you at the same time it is time to start the day. Perhaps simply for this reason the preference for this drink
