Everyone should go to gym not make only muscles. It also improve our immune system and makes our more strong against diseases.

Before Gym

  • Minimum 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg
  • Coffee/Green Tea
  • Whey Protein


    Note : Before Gym You Have Eat Only Before 1 Hour or 1/2 Hour.

After Gym

  • Eggs
  • Dinner Meal
  • Whey Protein
