Salmon grilled with honey and ginger .. A delicious recipe for salmon with sweet honey and ginger

Ingredients

  • Orange juice: one-third cup
  • Soy sauce: one-third cup (light)
  • Honey: a quarter cup
  • Ginger: Spoon (fresh and grated)
  • Garlic powder: a teaspoon
  • salmon fillet: 2 pieces

How to prepare

  1. Mix orange juice with soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic powder and stir well.

  2. Pour the salmon with 2/3 of the sauce and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  3. Place the salmon in an oven dish and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the rest of the sauce and return the salmon to the oven for another 10 minutes.

  5. Warm feet to the side of the salad or rice as desired.
