Take care of your physical health,How?

Everybody cherishes is health either physically,spiritually or emotionally. Yet, some find it hard to know and promotes a healthful physical body. The point below will help in promoting physical health especially doing this coronavirus period:

  1. Eating good,nutritious and healthy foods. take charge of your food and water you takein. Eat health good including fruit that can enhances disease fighting food such as apple,grape etc.
  2. Sleep well, do not ever deprive yourself enough sleeping time. Ensure you sleep in a convenient position and place.
  3. Stay active and improved through proper and enough exercise. practice regular and enough food.
