Ways To Become Slim Naturally

 1. Eat small portions of low calorie meals 4-5 times a day  with breakfast.

2. Drink more water

3. Eat a piece of fruit before going out

4. Eat slowly 

5. Drink lemon water or lemon juice

6. Walk after your meals

7. Eat more fiber

8. Eat less salt

9.Avoid processed food

10. Exercise regularly

Pretty simple but good advices, one side note tho:
For some people, eating 4-5 times a day may be bad, because that wil actually put your body in anabolic state more often. During this state, the body won't be able to burn fat while in this state.

So if your meals are not too big, and you indeed do walk after eating which wil consume calories a bit faster and make the anabolic state shorter.

Hello @keensleigh, really good advices but I beleive the walks should be before eating because after that your body is going to convert everything you eat in energy because you need it at that point. And it is important to eat non-satured fats...avocado, olive oil, nuts... Thanks for sharing!
