Thank you @kennyn for this wonderful informative article about urinary stones. These stones are very painful my dear ! If anyone wants proof let them visit a hospital where people with urinary stones are being treated. I for one had an uncle who suffered from urinary stones and I do not wish to have them. So if too much calcium and vitamin C causes urinary stones and kidney stones, will too much consumption of fruit juices such as orange juice be harmful since fruits contain vitamin C ?
