Little exercise

In the present life, exercise habits are not trained, work busy, work in the office, entertainment by watching movies, coffee chatting, afternoon gather "cups cups", hugging the laptop to surf the web, watching television for hours ... are common causes that cause little movement.

Frequent exercise causes energy in the body is not used, which increases the risk of metabolic disorders, diabetes, hypertension, obesity. All of these problems are risk factors for cardiovascular disease.

For good heart health, the American Heart Association recommends that average people be active at least 150 minutes per week, or 75 minutes per week if exercised at high intensity. Simply put, keep in mind that exercise should be 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week. It can also be divided into two or three times daily for 10-15 minutes. In addition to regular exercise, regular exercise is an important factor in achieving good results.
