All you need is two cups of greens ( Kale, Bok Choy, Lettuce or any other Greens) and one green apple. Pack it all in the blender with lots of water and you can drink this green smoothie with just the right amount of sweetness from the apple. It calms you hunger and fills you up and is very low in calories and high in nutrients.
