what the is Ketosis?

Ketosis is a state your body enters where it uses your fat storages for pure and clean long term energy, keeping you naturally feeling energized and full while preserving your muscle mass.

to get into a Ketogenic State:

  • keep your net carbs under 25 grams per day (around 5% of your daily calories)
  • keep protein around 15%
  • your main source of energy will come from fat.
  • balance your diet by eating alkalizing foods
