Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs+1 cup green tea
Lunch: 3 boiled eggs+1 cup green tea+one green apple
Evening: 1 green apple +1 cup green tea.
Dinner: 1 cup oatmeal.
Night:1 cup green tea ( one hr before bed time).

Of course you'll be slim eating like that; you're in serious calorie deficit. Carry on like that and you'll be skin and bone before you know it with muscle atrophy and most likely the inability to think straight.
